they were singing Allah selamatkan kamu version...specially for atuk...bora asmara...tats the place where 3/4 of our family members will be gathered to celebrate atuk's 85th birthday. actually atuk is the one who planned for this makan2 since he lurves the big gathering :) 1st venue suggested wuz restoran puteri at ttdi...but on the same nite of 4th july there will be a wedding a reception so the place wuz closed for public. the next choice wuz bora asmara at sg penchala. well we chose a restaurant nearby tat area coz will be more convenient for all of us.
bora asmara...we managed to booked tat place to celebrate atuk's bday. it wuz my 1st time going to bora asmara. heard of it so many times but still have not yet step a foot there. 1st impression...it wuz a really romantic place...suitable with the name :) we managed to get a small hall tat can fit almost 50 ppl inside the hall. it wuz really nice cute hall coz the wall made of glass so even we sit inside but still we can view the nice scenary outside.
the makan2 start at 8pm. its not only makan2 but its also a time to share stories with other relatives. i had a chicken chop :) still mum insist me to eat nasi with lauk a bit...she afraid all the lauk will be wasted coz there's still a lot on the table...btw she makes me ate tat nasi + lauk coz the way she describes all the lauks taste make me can't resist the temptations to taste it hahaha...anyway nothing to lose coz the lauks wuz great except tat i hv a chance to put on weight :)
after everyone had dinner...then the hall door wuz open...there is a waiter at the door holding the birthday cake and from behind there is an acustic band singing a birthday song. i wish i can have a similar party like tis ealier....can't wait until age of 85 haha. they sang a bday song and after tat atuk wuz blowing the candle. wah so sporting hehehe the band did sing a few songs and the entertainment wuz f.o.c besides they did the performance inside the hall only for our family members.
anyway...a nite a bora asmara wuz fun! get together, the entertainment...its all suitable for all age. m happy to be part of the family...and wuz planning to have a bday party at tat place may be next yr...so m looking for sponsor...anyone would like to sponsor my bday party??? hahaha in my dreams :P

yan...a'a mmg meriah mlm tuh :) special menu tomyam + makanan2 melayu yg lain...x dpt ler nak list kat sini. western food pun ada gak quite few choices. air plak...ada air kelapa duda tau hahaha
my adik punyer gambar...ada terselit kat pic no4. actually mlm tu my digicam battery flat...so x banyak dapat snap gambar. mostly gambar yg ada, my nephew yg tolong amek...tats why banyak yg senget :)
